Delicious homemade dessert with fruit pulp in just a few minutes, ideal to share with family or friends.
- Condensed milk
- Frozen passion fruit pulp ENVAGRIF
- milk cream
- unflavored gelatin
Crush the frozen pulp of passion fruit and pass through a sieve to remove the black seeds.
Mix the pulp with condensed milk and stir until the ingredients are integrated.
Separately, pour the cream of milk into a bowl and beat with a hand whisk until it reaches a creamy point.
Hydrate the gelatin with a little warm water.
Add to the preparation of passion fruit, the cream of milk and then the unflavored gelatin. Stir everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Bring the mixture in individual molds and let it rest in the refrigerator so that the mousse set and reach its characteristic texture.
Serve cold and enjoy!
